Tokyo Ginza A famous restaurant in Ginza, awarded BRONZE in the food log for 5 consecutive years. The impressive nigiri course is currently 25 pieces. Course ◇Tsukitaki This hand-rolled start is a specialty. Delicious. ◇Hirame ◇Haruhi sea bream ◇Akagai (red clam) Milt ◇ Yanagi octopus ◇Eboshi sea bream Horse mackerel Cutlass fish Crab Monkfish liver Spanish mackerel pickled in saikyo Kelp sashimi of fugu Cuttlefish with black ink Kohada Prawns Yellowtail Bonito Mackerel Untoni Anago (eel) ◇ Egg All the customers around us were from overseas. I felt global as expected. The ratio of foreigners among the staff is also high. I was so engrossed in the conversation that I lost most of my photos... LOL!

[I forgot to upload yesterday! This was my first visit to Hakkoku after the official opening. The space was completed and became even more comfortable! The sardines and amberjack were so delicious that I couldn't stop smiling, I had my first armored itachi fish, I saw a double "Hiroyuki" talking to each other, Mads was the same age as me, and it was very interesting! And I was struck again today by Mr. Sato's seemingly sharp but extremely considerate kindness. Thanks always Sato-san & Good to meet you Mads ;) The best thing of all is the company of people who can enjoy good food in a lively and fun atmosphere 😊.

Satochin back! The best! Tokami went through! Here, Hakkoku will also go through quite a bit I'm back. Mr. Sato! As you know, he is the man who won a Michelin star at Sushi Tokami! Mr. Sato has returned to Ginza! The interior of the restaurant has a unique style. There are three counter areas with six seats Each of them is manned by a master chef. The contents are as of now 33 pieces without snacks! That's amazing! It took me about 3 hours to finish eating! Tuna Temaki Starting from the tip! It's a rage. It's so crazy, I miss it. The red vinegar rice is still alive and well. Lunch business is still undecided. Mr. Sato's nigiri back in Ginza. We highly recommend it. This year, Hakkoku is the place to be!

Lunch visit! 22 pieces of bliss! I visited the restaurant for dinner the other day and today it was lunch time! Lunch time is also numbing. 22 pans of bliss! I was told that during normal operation, Mr. Sato is closed during lunch time and Mr. Saito, the second chef, will take care of it. First of all, of course! It starts with tsukitaki. It's already a start! The mood is lifted! Even those who had never tasted red vinegar before were satisfied with the taste! They were satisfied with the taste. In the middle stage of the dish, we started to serve red meat (zuke), medium fatty tuna, and large fatty tuna, and this is where it really hit me! The aka-zu goes well with it. The mid-part of the dish is the true highlight of the meal. As the second half of the meal progresses, we continue to eat conger eel and drink tea. Tama. I was very satisfied. This flow, this series of waves. As expected of a Surfer General! (LOL) I will come back in February!

This is the real sushi samadai! Hakkoku is located in Ginza! Anyway, it is famous for being a very popular restaurant where reservations are hard to come by. By chance, a customer made a reservation for us and we were able to go. The sushi at Kodarari is just amazing! 30 pieces of sushi were being served at once! It was truly a sushi-filled night!

The tempo at which the sushi came out was good, perhaps due to the private room for six people each, and from the beginning tsukitaki to the end tama, we were treated with careful and delicate sushi. The red-vinegared rice was also memorable. The chopstick rests in between were a bit lonely, perhaps because the restaurant is only competitive in nigiri, but I was still very satisfied with my meal. I would like to come back to this sushi restaurant again.

HAKKOKU LAST(´;omega;`) My love for tuna never stops ❗️(｀ω・ω・´) Finally, I had them make me a thin roll of tuna with all the parts that were served today (●´Ω●) And then, we finished with conger eel and egg for the closing ceremony (´ω`). The sake was something I've never had before, and it was delicious. The person who made the sushi this day was the same age as me! ((((;))))))) He is even closer to my hometown:((omg):) I didn't expect to have a great time talking about my hometown in the middle of Ginza 😂 lol We work very different jobs, but seeing people of the same generation working hard in such a great place is an inspiration to me, so I'm really glad I got to meet them 🤨. I heard he's going overseas soon 😢. I'm sure he's going to polish his skills even more ˘ω˘ ) I want him to hold it again when he comes back to Japan. I was quite satisfied even with 15 pieces, but next time I want to try 30 pieces at night. ☺︎ I'll try my best to live my life so that I can go through that curtain again. ❗️ It was a fun time. Thank you for the food☺︎

The nigiri is small and the rice is salty. The nigiri is lightly nigiri'd and the taste lasts for a long time. The best lunch size, quantity-wise, is 20 pieces of nigiri. I guess 30 is too much.

If you want to eat nigiri with gusto at a sushi restaurant, this is the place for you @ Ginza The structure of sushi restaurants these days is based on the premise of enjoying sake, so it's great for foodies that they focus on nigiri like Hakkoku 😆💦. 30+ pieces of nigiri is a full marathon lol. Nice chopstick breaks in between. Before I knew it, I had finished my meal. The owner serves it at a good tempo and it's a very satisfying belly pan 🤣. Not easy to find 👍✨✨✨.

A full course of 30 pieces of nigiri once every two months! Let's nigiri it all style! 😂 I love the style of the vegetable salad between the sushi restaurants, which you can't find anywhere else!
