The concept of the restaurant is "a fusion of Chinese cooking techniques and Japanese nationalism," using the finest ingredients from around the world, such as shark's fin and caviar. Enjoy dishes woven with the finest ingredients and refined techniques at this restaurant @ Ginza I was fortunate enough to attend a dinner party ✨. This is a counter restaurant from Saga 😌. The owner travels to Hong Kong and mainland China several times a year to adapt trends to the Japanese palate. On this particular day, the majority of the dishes were made with premium and exquisite ingredients such as crab, milt, sea bream, abalone, etc., and the dishes were prepared with a subtractive approach to bring out the best flavors 😋. Everyone cheered as each dish was served. After that, they were silent. There was no shelling of the crab, but they were laughing. It was so good, I could not help but roar 😆. I wish I could visit every season. On a side note. There are several adult social places in the same building, and on the way back to the elevator, I was glued to nice butterflies with a nice smell 😍💕💕eye candy~ lol. By the way, no pictures. Sorry 💦.

Have you ever compared shark fins? It's my first time! The white one is Beijing style blue shark. The brown one is Shanghai-style long-tailed shark! The brown one tastes like what I'm used to eating and the white one is made with paitan soup! Fun ideas, beautiful dishes, good smells and some kind of information that will surprise your brain! Here's a dish for your senses to enjoy 🥰. It was delicious! Someday video.
