"Parrilla" means "grill" in Spanish. It is a delicious Latin American method of cooking meat, involving slow, careful grilling over the embers of a wood fire. It offers a truly exquisite experience, where the deep, rich umami unique to bone-in cuts blends with the rich aroma brought out by the wood fire. Please enjoy this luxurious experience to your heart’s content.
Enjoy a [T-Bone Steak] at Latina Parrilla Ginza. A truly exquisite experience, where the deep, rich umami unique to bone-in cuts intertwines with the rich aroma brought out by the wood-fired grill. Please indulge in this luxury to your heart’s content. A T-bone steak is a cut in which both the sirloin and tenderloin are attached to the bone. It is called a T-bone steak because the shape of the bone resembles the letter “T.” The tenderloin is characterized by its exceptional tenderness due to the muscle’s minimal movement. The appeal of the T-bone lies in this bone-in cut, which allows you to enjoy both the rich umami of the sirloin and the tenderness of the tenderloin at the same time.
At Latina Parija, we grill our food over what is known as “embers”—where the firewood and charcoal no longer produce flames but the core burns a deep red—resulting in a flavorful grilled dish. Please enjoy our 10-course meal. Reservations are available for parties of two or more.

Dessert is served to round out the meal. In addition, the plan includes an unlimited lunch-time drink package—featuring beer, wine, and more—so you can relax and enjoy your meal without worrying about the time. This lunch-only plan is perfect for a variety of occasions, such as girls’ nights out, meals with friends, daytime drinking, and special anniversaries. *The appetizers listed are examples only. The selection is subject to change based on availability and the season.
Characterized by firm red meat flavor and refined, sweet fat.
A rare cut known as 'Ichibo' that can only be obtained from one crossbred cow between Holstein and Japanese Black, yielding only 2kg to 3kg. It features finely textured red meat with high-quality marbling unique to domestic crossbred cattle, and the moment it touches your mouth, it offers a tender, melting texture and a deep umami flavor.
Raised on the rich land of Aso, this is Kumamoto's Akaushi beef. It is said that the proportion of Akaushi among domestic beef (including Wagyu, domestic beef, and imported beef circulating in Japan) is about 0.7%, making it extremely rare. The finely textured meat is moist and tender, and the rich and clear umami spreads as you chew. It is characterized by a refreshing fat.
The strong umami of the lean cut selected by Yoshizawa Livestock, combined with the fine and high-quality marbling, creates a flavor unique to Matsusaka beef. It features a rich depth that expands with each bite and a light aftertaste that lingers.
