● 'Effects on Cooking and Ingredients' The 'far infrared effect' allows heat to penetrate the core of the ingredients, trapping the juices and resulting in a fluffy and juicy grill. (This level of cooking is believed to be impossible with grilling nets or teppanyaki.) Additionally, due to the far infrared heat effect, the ingredients do not burn and produce little smoke. ● 'Effects from Eating' When heated, lava stones become high-temperature and the air holes absorb excess oil. During heating, they emit far infrared rays and release many minerals, so eating lava-grilled dishes improves blood circulation and has effects similar to soaking in hot springs. (It is also effective for skin roughness, summer fatigue, and preventing exhaustion.)
