This is a gem of a drink that you can't find at other places. It uses the clear sweetness of Nikka Cafe Vodka and the high-quality spicy ginger syrup specially made by Koudan Kouhyoudo in Tokyo. Once you drink it, you will never forget this drink.

A cocktail made with Nikka Cafe Vodka, domestic blue curaçao, and lemon juice. It looks beautiful and refreshing. This cocktail allows you to enjoy citrus flavors. It's a drink that showcases the new possibilities of domestic liqueurs unique to our establishment.

We offer a selection of classic Japanese whiskies such as Hibiki, Yamazaki, Hakushu, Taketsuru, and Yoichi, as well as domestically produced craft whiskies from various regions across Japan, from Hokkaido to Kagoshima.
