The secret ingredient is ayu fish sauce.

This is our original kamameshi made using 'tempura' and 'dashi', which are specialties of our udon restaurant. To bring out the plumpness of the shrimp, we fry the shrimp at an exquisite temperature and combine it with rice cooked in a pot using our special dashi, serving it fresh.
This is a mixed rice dish that highlights the deliciousness of each ingredient, including Akagi chicken from Gunma Prefecture, shiitake mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, flower mushrooms, bamboo shoots, quail eggs, and carrots, all prepared according to their specific characteristics and cooked with a special broth.
