Kibikicho Kamata's "Sushi Main Course" (15,000 yen) is a casual way to enjoy authentic Edomae-style sushi in a hideaway-like underground space. This course consists mainly of nigirizushi, which showcases the freshness of seasonal seafood and the skill of the chefs. By adding sides such as thin rolls, the sushi is designed to linger leisurely, making the meal as a whole a satisfying experience. There are only six seats at the counter made of a single piece of cypress wood. You can spend a luxurious time savoring each and every piece of sushi being made in front of you. This course is perfect for important gatherings, anniversaries, and evenings when you want to spend a relaxing time alone, and you will be able to experience the sweetness of the vivid fish and the careful work of our chefs.
Kibikicho Kamata, an underground hideaway, prides itself on its luxurious "Sushi Omakase Course," which highlights the freshness of seasonal fish and the care taken by its chefs. Using ingredients purchased at the market that day, the course is composed of seasonal sushi, selected dishes, and thin rolls, allowing you to fully appreciate the chef's skill and the individuality of the ingredients. The restaurant's appeal lies in its tailoring, which draws out the flavors of the fresh fish delivered from the middleman in Toyosu. The compact counter seating, limited to six seats, creates a quiet and focused atmosphere that is perfect for special evenings and anniversaries. Enjoy a memorable experience with sushi and an abundance of seasonal seafood.
We offer a special lunch omakase course that allows you to casually enjoy sushi that showcases the best of Edo-mae techniques. The course consists of 8 to 9 pieces of mainly nigirizushi, using seasonal seafood, one dish, and a thin roll. Despite its special Ginza location, the course is more compact and approachable than the evening omakase course, making it ideal for sushi novices and those who want to enjoy authentic sushi in a casual setting. The restaurant has only six seats at a cypress counter, where you can enjoy carefully prepared sushi, one by one, while feeling the craftsmanship of the chefs right in front of your eyes. We hope you will spend your late afternoon at Ginza and enjoy a quality sushi experience unique to Ginza to your heart's content.
