During lunch time, I enjoyed the Barazushi. The chawanmushi was served first, and its flavor showed that a lot of effort had been put into it. The Barazushi was a gorgeous dish with a variety of fish such as kampachi and squid, as well as sea urchin and salmon roe. The rice was red rice with a mild flavor.
