The "Anniversary Flower Plate" is a special dessert plate that adds even more color to anniversaries and celebratory occasions. It is like sending a bouquet of flowers as a surprise to convey your feelings. The flower plate is available only with the Anniversary Course. Why not add a floral presentation that will leave a lasting impression on your special night spent with your loved one?

Generously uses the first-class hops 'IBUKI' selected from the Tohoku region. This fragrant hop 'IBUKI', born in Japan, has been nurtured by Kirin's 100-year history of hop cultivation. A meticulous brewing method is adopted, where hops are added not only during the brewing stage but also during the fermentation process. Furthermore, the amount and blend of hops have been optimized to achieve a deeper and richer aroma.
We offer a changing selection of craft beers each month, including Hime White from Ise Monya in Mie Prefecture, Miyazaki Hideji Beer, and Hyuganatsu fruit beer, among others. There will be various other options as well.
Sake from the chef's hometown, Mie Prefecture. Despite being pasteurized, it was created through trial and error to reproduce the fresh aroma and flavor of freshly squeezed sake as closely as possible. This is part of the 'Impression Series.' Upon opening, it offers a fresh and vibrant aroma with a pleasant mild carbonation that stimulates the palate. The letters represent the initials of the base sake. This one is 'N / Nakadori (Yasuno Tomo).' You can enjoy the differences in flavor. Please serve well chilled.
