This is a special dinner course that combines the skills of a long-established eel specialty restaurant with seasonal delicacies such as tuna and wagyu beef.
Grill, roll, fry and dress eel. The variety of eel in one dish. This is a recommended kaiseki course that adds a twist to Miyau's standard. This course is a satisfying course with a solid composition including shiroyaki, umaki, deep-fried dish, uzaku, and eel-jyu.
This is a pairing course to be enjoyed with wine or sake. We offer a variety of dishes including our original eel dishes such as cured ham with eel, escargo-style grilled liver, vinegared eel with basil, and eel liver pate. Please try our original eel dishes and other dishes.

It includes 9 dishes: eel chawanmushi (savory egg custard), eel soup with soft-shelled turtle, three kinds of delicacies, grilled bluefin tuna over binchotan charcoal, grilled eel with caviar, uzaku (eel and cucumber), one dish of Japanese beef (roast beef or sukiyaki) with truffle, eel rice box (with soup and pickles), and a dessert. Reservations are accepted for two or more people. The number of dishes may change depending on the season and availability.
