The finest lemons directly delivered from Tanaka Farm in Setoda-cho, Hiroshima. Refreshing aroma that wakes you up. The gin used is Kino-bi craft gin from Kyoto. This is Japan's Gin & Tonic.

A classic summer menu featuring plenty of melons from Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Topped with rum, Jersey cow vanilla ice cream on top of the melon.

The Blue Hawaii at dusk is an emerald green with a hint of blue curaçao for coloring. The taste is more like 'pineapple as it is' rather than Blue Hawaii. Carefully selected and squeezed pineapples for a rich aroma and surprising sweetness.
