We offer a variety of courses that use a wealth of seasonal ingredients. Please enjoy the high-quality seasonal flavors to your heart's content.
We have carefully selected seven types of local sake from Kansai that perfectly match our flavors. Additionally, we offer seasonal recommendations and about five types of fresh sake made by popular brewers as 'hidden gems.' Depending on the customer's preferences, we may also make recommendations, but for those who love sake, please feel free to ask.
We serve grilled sweet sea bream topped with a generous amount of onion béchamel sauce, and delicately placed finely chopped fried potatoes on top. This dish has been a standout favorite for over 30 years since our opening. Please indicate the desired quantity when making a reservation.
