In the omakase course, we use a custom blended miso-based Chiba sauce, rich salt that brings out deep flavors, and a fragrant black sauce to optimally grill a variety of hormones. With cuts and temperature management tailored to each part, we enhance the umami of the fat, and we also offer a variety of dishes such as raw cow tripe, chiles, and a selection of kimchi. Because our staff carefully grills in front of you, you can directly savor the freshness and aroma of the ingredients. The finale is yakisoba infused with the umami of the black sauce, ensuring the deliciousness of the teppan until the very last bite.

The aroma rising from the heated iron plate, the popping sounds, the craftsmanship of the chef. This setup, centered around the counter, allows you to focus on the dishes while feeling the skill of the grilling up close. It strips away unnecessary theatrics to deliver only the 'most delicious moment' right now. The immersive live experience transforms the time spent eating into a special occasion.

Founded in November 2004 in Kiyamachi Sanjo, Kyoto. The previous owner, Chiba, proclaimed 'to serve the most delicious food in Japan' and devised a sloped iron plate with a juice outlet, perfecting the style of cooking right in front of the customers. Carrying on that philosophy, we relocated to our current location in Shibuya on June 20, 2020. With an uncompromising attitude from ingredient selection to cooking, we continue to provide the 'best bite' to this day.
