Live hairy crabs sourced from various fishing ports in Hokkaido, selected according to the season. We are particular about sourcing from nearby waters. Hairy crabs can be enjoyed deliciously year-round. December to March: Southern Hokkaido (Erimo/Hidaka), March to July: Okhotsk region (Monbetsu/Obu), June to July: Funka Bay (Kuroshima/Iburi), August to November: Eastern Hokkaido (Kushiro/Nemuro)

We only offer high-quality crabs over 1 kg from the San'in region (Hyogo and Tottori). The delicate sweetness and the rich flavor of crab miso are exquisite.

The whole hairy crab is placed in a clay pot with rice to cook. Once cooked, the crab is completely shredded and mixed in. It's an exquisite taste! (It will take about an hour to serve.)
