After a year of planning, young chicken thighs on the bone are marinated in several types of homemade spices and then steamed and baked in the oven with olive oil for 12 minutes. The moist and spicy meat and its aroma spread throughout the restaurant. Please dip the bread, which you can refill as much as you like, into the oil infused with spices.
