This is a cozy Japanese restaurant located on the second floor of a building in Ginza. The open kitchen creates a lively atmosphere, allowing diners to enjoy their meals while watching the chef's skillful preparation. The sashimi and grilled dishes are particularly impressive, with the flavors of the young flounder, seared bonito, and blackthroat seaperch being rich and satisfying. The grilled ribbonfish, sweetfish with grated daikon, and a dish featuring the snow crab are all crafted with great care. The proprietress is tall and provides pleasant service, brightening the atmosphere of the restaurant. A selection of sake is also available, allowing guests to savor kaiseki cuisine in a calm and relaxed setting.
