You can relax in a quiet counter located in the building next to the Kabukiza Theatre. Each piece of sushi, showcasing the Edo-style technique, has a clear flavor that left me mesmerized by the beauty of the ingredients. The piece wrapped in oboro with natural shrimp from Amakusa has an unforgettable melting sweetness. The mild marinated sushi blends perfectly with the rice, bringing a smile to my face. The appetizers, such as fried and grilled dishes, are also carefully prepared, making me excited about what would come next. Even though I couldn't take photos, the sushi left a lasting impression in my heart, and I was filled with a sense of happiness after the meal.
