A specialty of our popular shop. This assortment features seasonal organic vegetables sourced from contracted farmers in Yamanashi Prefecture. Each vegetable is carefully prepared using different cooking methods to bring out its individual characteristics to the fullest. Enjoy a variety of textures and the bounty of the season.
