This is a course to fully enjoy standard, seasonal, sea, and earth oden! Sangen pork loin shabu-shabu in oden broth in which many ingredients are stewed. You can choose from three types of ojiya (rice porridge) made with soup stock with the added umami of sangenton pork loin. It is no exaggeration to say that this is a full course of Oden & a superb course!
We have prepared a total of 9 dishes including our special oden, sashimi, sushi, and shabu shabu shabu with Hiroshima oysters and cold wakame seaweed to top it off! All you can drink for 2.5 hours! However, 2 hours is required on Fridays and days before national holidays. The menu is subject to change depending on the season and availability.
