The NO.1 cosmopolitan sushi restaurant in Ebisu! This is a sushi restaurant with cosy power, which is rare in Ebisu. Well, it was a hole in the wall. Reservations are a must! It seems they only have one turn for lunch, so it is better to make a reservation as soon as possible. I was impressed that the owner carefully made each dish. The ginger is sliced ginger! I love it! The kohada smelled of kabosu (or maybe sudachi, wow!) and made me feel summer! Sticky! It wasn't served with soy sauce, but everything was coated with soy sauce or something, so it was easy to eat! Everything was delicious, even the final umeboshi sweets. Of course, relative to high-end sushi restaurants, hmm? Of course, there are parts of the sushi that are relatively expensive, but for 2,200 yen for lunch, I don't think you can find this kind of quality anywhere else. It is only a 3 minute walk from my office! I will definitely come back again. There are 8 pieces of sushi in total, and everything from hot vegetables to eggs to soup is included. You can eat it in exactly one hour. The only thing I wanted was a smile from the owner at the end of the meal. I wonder if a good sushi restaurant also has some conversation? I thought... Ah, it was delicious!

ร้านที่มีบรรยากาศเงียบสงบตั้งอยู่ในซอย เมื่อได้นั่งที่เคาน์เตอร์ เคาน์เตอร์สีดำก็มีสไตล์มาก ผนังคอนกรีตและแสงไฟนุ่มนวลผสมผสานกัน ทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนเป็นที่หลบซ่อนของผู้ใหญ่และทำให้ตื่นเต้น เมนูเริ่มจากอาหารเรียกน้ำย่อยไปจนถึงซูชิที่เสิร์ฟอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทำให้สามารถเพลิดเพลินได้ทั้งตาและลิ้น โดยเฉพาะปลานอดกุโรที่อบฟูและน้ำซุปที่มีรสชาติซึมซาบในหัวไชเท้าต้มที่อร่อยจนลืมไม่ลง กลิ่นของยูซุที่กระจายไปทั่วคอฮาดะและการผสมผสานระหว่างอิบุริกัตโกะกับครีมชีสก็มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ที่โดดเด่น สุดท้ายได้ลิ้มรสซุปแดงและของหวาน ทำให้รู้สึกอิ่มเอมใจเมื่อได้ลุกจากที่นั่ง
