In a cozy space with only a counter, I feel excited every time I see the dishes being prepared right in front of me. The quietly playing records and the warmth of the wood create a very calming atmosphere. The first dish I had, a vinegared dish with red snow crab, had a refreshing acidity that awakened my stomach. The sashimi, including tuna and flounder, was marinated, and the umami spread with every bite. When the black wagyu beef sukiyaki was topped with finely shaved truffle, the aroma and richness were irresistible. There was a wide variety of sake, and the glass paired with prosciutto and melon created an outstanding harmony.
