This course allows you to fully enjoy seasonal dishes and aromatic soba noodles. We also accept same-day orders. The soba noodles, which carry on the traditional taste, are characterized by their smoothness and rich aroma. The highest quality buckwheat flour produced in Japan is used for the buckwheat noodles, which are made using the same foot-pounding method that has been used for more than 120 years since the establishment of the restaurant. We are also particular about the soup stock. We use two kinds of dried bonito flakes, one of which is custom-made thickly shaved honkare bonito, and we are proud of its traditional strong flavor simmered for nearly an hour. Yabukyu's soba is "Sotoni Soba," which inherits the Edo tradition, and has more buckwheat flour than the common nihachi buckwheat noodles, so you can taste the flavor of the buckwheat. The menu includes: ■ dishes, special soba miso, 3 assorted snacks, soba dishes of your choice, soba sushi or soba inari, and a very popular dish! Yakitori from a long-established buckwheat noodle restaurant, seasonal tempura, seiro mori (This is just an example and will be prepared according to your order on the day of the meal.)
