Supporting the 'Pink Ribbon Movement', LOUANGE TOKYO has prepared a special afternoon tea available only on Wednesdays. A portion of the afternoon tea sales will be donated to the 'J.POSH Pink Ribbon Fund'. A small cute Numi sits on top of the cake for the Afternoon Tea. You can freely choose from 9 types of organic herbal teas, and refills are unlimited.
A cheesecake made with two types of cheese, Brie and cream cheese, harmoniously combined with the refreshing acidity of dried fruits. The sauce made with strawberries and raspberries adds a rich flavor with mascarpone cream. It is lavishly decorated with fresh strawberries, berries, and currants.
In line with the interior design of the museum, we created original ceramic plates from scratch and used the frames from the famous 'Tateishi Gakubuchi Store' to finish it as a genuine assiette de dessert. The petals are represented by roasted pineapple, and the tubular flowers are expressed with pistachio paste and roasted coconut. We faithfully recreated the masterpiece 'Sunflowers' by the great master Van Gogh. The grand chef Mr. Fujita has transformed the award-winning 'Pistachio' from the world competition into a vase, allowing you to enjoy a rich yet delicate pistachio dessert.
~LOUNAGE TOKYO Le Musee 1st Anniversary Dessert~ A fluffy pancake made with rice flour. The crispy caramel tuile and caramel sauce provide a deep flavor experience. Served with the popular crème de caramel from LOUNAGE TOKYO Le Musee, it has a luxurious finish. *We will serve it fresh from the oven. Please note that it may take 10 to 20 minutes for it to be ready.
