This is the most popular course for the fish lover who can enjoy a luxurious feast of the sea. Squid that is processed while still alive, sashimi with dancing geso and crystal-clear water, and the upcoming brand name "Houka Kinmeidai" (red sea bream) stew. We prepare a total of seven dishes, including the final meal, using gorgeous ingredients directly from the fishing port that were caught that morning.
