Tokyo's finest crab restaurants @Ginza Ginza Fujiyama. The restaurant's counter is open for private parties 💞 ✨Crab dinner centered around the brand name crab from Kyotango, Manin Crab 🦀 ✨ The crab was so amazing that we were shouting "keshi" before we even ate it 😆. Crab shabu, grilled crab...full potential ✨ Karasumi rice cakes that remind you of wakuden, Akashi sea bream, eel and shrimp potatoes, you can enjoy the first class taste of Kyoto while being in Tokyo. Today was another Yokozuna Sumo. The owner's personality is friendly and comfortable, and I want to keep coming back for more 😍. I would like to keep coming back. I would like to keep coming back. This is the kind of restaurant that continues to embody "Onshochi-shin" (the concept of learning from the past) @Ginza Ginza Fujiyama in early autumn. This time, too, I was struck by the deliciousness that surpassed the previous one... 😆 What is great about Fujiyama is its spirit of "learning from the past" and "always evolving. What is great about Fujiyama-san is his spirit of learning from the past and constantly evolving. The expression of "tsukitake" is also not too elaborate, but rather, it is a quintessential example of how to incorporate the needs of the time without hesitation. This is a restaurant where you can sumo wrestle like a yokozuna. The next visit will be in winter. A once-a-year treat. I'm really looking forward to seeing how it evolves 🦀💕. Rare Mamato Crab from the West in Tokyo @ Ginza Mabuto crab🦀 is known as a brand name crab among Matsuba crabs. It is rare in Tokyo! We stock only because we are the owner of the restaurant. The green tag is dazzling ✨. Of course, this day was all about the Mabato Crab 🠈. ❗️ The sumptuous course included crab shabu, grilled crab, crab miso, porridge with condensed crab flavor, and crab ball rice made with crab meat 💕. We spent a relaxing and comfortable time while enjoying crab legs wine and champagne. The owner's personality is also really great 😆👍💕. Next time I want to try fugu (blowfish) 🐡.

This is the best place to taste Kyoto cuisine in Ginza @ Ginza Fugu at Fujiyama in Ginza 💕! On top of the plump milt, the owner's homemade caviar ✨ with the perfect amount of salt ❗️ was so delicious that we all fainted 🤣. The nabe is made with white miso paste. The owner's handmade caviar on top of the white white fish 💕They were so delicious that we were all in agony 🤣🤣. The sweetness of Kyoto's bamboo shoots made us brain dead, and the bachiko, kara-sumi soba, albacore with egg, puffer fish porridge, etc................we just groaned. I'm a zombie now. We had a super luxurious time enjoying these with shirin-shu & shirako shochu 💖. The sweetness of the shime and the fresh juice blended by Seibi are also wonderful. The owner is as usual meek and gentle, and impeccable is what I mean ☺️. A true Yokozuna Sumo ❣️Next time: hamo season 🤗. I'll be back next time. I'll be back next time during the hamo season 🤗. This is the place to get Japanese cuisine of the Yokozuna class @Ginza Ginza Fujiyama. It is a real pleasure to be able to enjoy delicate, high quality and elegant Japanese food in Tokyo 😆. On this particular day, the main dishes were summery ingredients. Hamo (eel), wild ayu (sweetfish), eel, torigai (dried squid), junsai (water spinach), and more. The owner is cool with these and serves them at their best 😆. The unpretentious and cozy atmosphere is also really the best ❣️, just like a yokozuna class ✨. I'm sure you'll enjoy the food. If you want to enjoy first-class cuisine and hospitality without being overbearing, this is the place for you @ Ginza. Autumn is in full swing. There are no showy performances, and the restaurant has a modest, yet dignified appearance. It is a place where you can enjoy genuine cuisine in a quiet atmosphere. There are no frivolous customers. The owner's openness to let you spend your time comfortably while gently approaching you is wonderful. I often stay for a long time 😅. Next time: crab 😍. Can't wait 😆.
