You can feel the strength of someone who has paved their own way through their dignified and attentive service. ★ 1-4-6 Ginza, Chuo City, Tokyo, Koushaku Building B1F ★ 40,000 to 50,000 yen per person Course ◇ Appetizer: Kagawa Corn ◇ Sashimi: Mie Spanish Mackerel The grilling was just right, and above all, the taste was excellent. ◇ Soup: Hokkaido Hairy Crab ◇ Noodles: Amakusa Conger Eel This dish was quite different from the conger eel dishes you usually see at other restaurants, and I personally really liked it. ◇ Steamed: Izu Seaweed ◇ Chilled: Hokkaido Sweet Shrimp ◇ Grilled: Lake Hamana Eel ◇ Side Dish: Chiba Tomato ◇ Main Dish: Amakusa Black Beef The high-quality fat was rich, very tender, and delicious. ◇ Rice: Gotemba Yuga Rice The clay pot rice with octopus and cabbage was very tasty, and I had a second helping.
