For 80 years since its founding, Tanaka Butcher has devoted itself to the pursuit of Wagyu beef. Following the tradition of my grandfather, who bought cattle, and my father, who ran a meat shop, we have continued to focus solely on Wagyu for three generations. The chef, who is well-versed in Wagyu, personally selects renowned Wagyu from both domestic and international sources, achieving unparalleled quality by purchasing whole cattle.
