At the time of establishment, this was the only hot pot. A basic motsunabe made with blended soy sauce from Munakata City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
The creamy flavor using Saikyo miso is popular among women. The taste changes the more it is simmered.

Ginger Motsunabe, a 'collagen soup' made by combining 'tail soup' and 'tonkotsu soup', with lemon, rock salt, and ginger, is a 'beautiful pot motsunabe'.
*Available only during the summer season. Ingredients: Offal, onion, parsley, spinach, bell pepper, tomato, pumpkin, ginger, zucchini. Unlike traditional offal hot pots, this one does not include cabbage or garlic chives. It is a new type of offal hot pot that is almost like 'vegetable juice'... The 'spicy soup' that blends 'vegetable extract' and 'offal' has a deep richness and a refreshing 'Western-style offal hot pot'. Of course, the 'offal' is carefully selected from 'Kyuushu-produced Wagyu'.

Starting from June 1, a dream collaboration of Kagoshima black pork 'Yamashou Nabe' and Hokkaido Shigen pork 'Yume no Daichi' shabu-shabu✨ On the left side of the pot is the original 'Millefeuille Nabe', which was born at the Hakata main store nearly 30 years ago.
