[Tokyo Ginza] This photogenic meal was introduced on Fuji TV's Wide-na Show and was trending on Instagram a little while ago. Lunch ◇ Local Kinmedai Ikura Rice Set Meal Set: Mini Salad, 2 Small Dishes, Clear Dashi Miso Soup The local Kinmedai was enjoyed with a rich sesame sauce. You can choose 1 to 3 eggs. I chose 1. In terms of taste, one is just right, but for presentation, it seems that three is better. I broke the egg into the well-seasoned minced meat to make it milder. I enjoyed half of the ikura as is and half as ochazuke (rice with tea) which was delicious. You can choose the amount of rice: small, medium, or large. It was gone in no time. There are many favorite restaurants at Tokyu Plaza Ginza. Thank you for the meal.

Great impact! This restaurant offers delicious sea bream at a reasonable price. The specialty! I had the Jikinmedai rice dish. Sashimi of fatty sea bream, a minced fish, and an egg yolk sitting in the center. First the sashimi, then the soboro and egg yolk were mixed with rice, and finally the dish was served in chazuke with dashi broth. You can enjoy it all the way through without getting tired of eating it in different ways, and what is more, the sea bream is delicious. I would like to visit again.

Ginza Hanatare @ginza_hanatare I've been curious about this restaurant ever since I saw it on TV: ☺️ It was on the 11th floor of Tokyu Plaza Ginza. It was raining that day, but it's directly connected to the station. So we didn't get wet...good access! I had done my homework, so the menu was just what I was looking for... ------------- order --------------- Jikiname salmon roe and rice set meal: 3,400 yen (with jikinme kabuto) Matcha beer 750 yen --------------------------------- I️. Pickled sea bream, simmered minced fish, and Ummm sparkling salmon roe ✨! And you can choose between 2 or 3 egg yolks. If you like richness, you should have 3 yolks! The power of the dish is amazing! First of all, you can eat the marinated sea bream alone or with sesame sauce... Soboro with egg yolk! With salmon roe and soboro! I loved the black shichimi! You can enjoy it in many ways!
