Trois Fleches is a hidden restaurant where authentic steaks grilled in a Kishu binchotan charcoal oven take center stage. The exterior is savory and crisp while the interior locks in the meat juices with exquisite doneness; you can enjoy a variety of cuts focusing on Wagyu and aged beef. Appetizers, fish dishes, and seasonal specialties are also prepared with care, and the well-balanced menu that doesn’t lean only toward meat is another characteristic. In a calm space of about 18 seats, it’s a place where you can leisurely spend special times such as anniversaries or business dinners.
