This course offers a sumptuous dinner of sashimi and nabe with the finest tuna from Yamayuki at the Toyosu Market. Our famous grilled salted Pacific bluefin tuna will be served in generous half-size portions for each person. A balanced aroma of ripe sweet scents like plum and cherry, with vanilla notes and toasty nuances derived from the barrel. It has a medium body with spiciness and depth, and its purity is comparable to that of a grand wine. 90% Merlot, 10% Malbec.
The aroma is primarily of Merlot, with a wonderful rich flavor reminiscent of cassis and flowers. A moderate spiciness adds an accent. It is a dense wine that does not feel heavy.
